At Elvyn International, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent returns process.
Returns Window
We offer a 30-day return period, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
Return Shipping
We do not offer prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend returning items via Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm (Tracked) to ensure safe and secure delivery.
Please include your order number clearly written on a piece of paper inside your return package.
